This Joan Rivers celebrity clip addresses an unexpected topic-- the importance of older people talking about aging with their families.  Volunteers of America produced this PSA for their Aging with Options program to get families to talk about difficult subjects like health care, finances and basic needs and wishes associated with aging. They've done a nice job of disarming the viewer with River's shtick and including her daughter really drives the point home.
